Radiant Jade Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Radiant Jade. If you are not fully satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

- Returns are accepted within [insert timeframe, e.g., 14 days] of delivery.

- All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

- Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account.

Please note that final sale items and clearance items are not eligible for return.
